The Company’s core operating entity for cathode-related materials is Wuhu Jiana and its subsidiaries, which spearhead the R&D, production, and sales of ternary precursors, cobalt & nickel salts, and other cathode-related materials. The Company offers a comprehensive precursor product matrix covering all mainstream specifications. Multiple models—including NCM 5-, 6-, 8-, and 9-series precursors—have achieved mass production, with its high-nickel products ranking among the industry’s most advanced. Furthermore, the Company has established a fully integrated industrial chain spanning raw material sourcing, hydrometallurgical refining, cobalt/nickel salt production, and ternary precursor manufacturing, thereby fortifying supply chain resilience and bolstering overall competitive advantages. In cutting-edge materials, the Company is proactively developing lithium-rich manganese-based (LRM) precursors, building technological know-how for high-energy-density solid-state batteries, and advancing customer qualification alongside commercialization efforts.
Strategically centering its R&D on “products and users,” the Company advances premier R&D platforms through industry-academia-research collaboration. It currently holds key certifications and operates premier innovation hubs, including a National Postdoctoral Research Workstation, a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise designation, a Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, and the Qingyuan Jiazhi New Materials Research Institute (recognized as a Provincial-Level New R&D Institution). The Company concentrates on core engine technologies such as LRM materials, medium-nickel high-voltage single crystals, high-nickel formulations, cobalt-free/low-cobalt and quaternary precursors, recycled battery material recovery, efficient large-scale extraction of nickel/cobalt salts, and sodium-ion battery precursors.
